Visitor Season is almost here!
We've been busy cleaning and prepping for a busy season. The S**g Harbour UFO Interpretive Centre will be officially opening for the season on June 15th at 10am. We're keeping the admission cost low again this year; it's only $5 to come learn about this important part of Nova Scotia's history: The 1967 S**g Harbour UFO Incident. Admission for children under 12 is free. Wait until you see our fully stocked gift shop; it's out of this world!

Thought I’d put my own spin on one of my fave dishes.

Cilbir (chill-bur) is a Turkish breakfast dish: poached eggs served on homemade garlic mint yogurt, drizzled with a spicy chili oil and served with grilled multigrain for sopping up that amazing sauce!

Whenever I see it on a menu, which is rare, I gotta have it!

Our intrepid solo-traveller, Nancy - having had the Seal Island breakfast her first morning - was happy
to give it a try. SHE LOVED IT!
