Affordable getaway! Located in the Algonquin Park/Madawaska Valley area. This location will not disappoint with gorgeous lake views and sought after privacy. A very clean, quaint and cozy, small 3 bedroom fully renovated cottage with lots of rustic charm and personality. Suitable for up to 6 guests, maximum. This is a 6 acre property with private natural yard surrounded by towering trees, trails and is situated on a gorgeous lake with great fishing. Only a 20 min drive to the cute little town of Barry's Bay which has everything you need.

Included are TV with satellite service, DVD player and movie selection, no wifi (but good cell/data reception), full kitchen (no dishwasher), washer and dryer, air conditioning, 2 kayaks, aluminum rowboat, 12ft trampoline, outdoor patio set, lounging bench swing at your own private beach with dock and BBQ with propane. Choose to use our backyard or beachfront fire pits (firewood included). The cottage is plumbed with lake water so we do include three 5 gallon jugs of water for the water dispenser and due to available space we only offer a private outdoor hot shower (it's pretty awesome!).

Our 3 bedrooms includes: 1 queen bed, twin over double bunk and twin over twin bunk, renters are expected to bring their own bedding, coverings and towels. Pillows are available. There are no cleaning fees so we ask that you leave the cottage as you found it. Booking requires a $500 security/damage deposit. Sept and Oct rates are $225/night or $1500/week. NO FEES and NO TAXES!

Chillout on your own private picturesque sandy beach with dock, hammock and lounging bench swing. Included are 2 kayaks, aluminum rowboat, 12ft trampoline and outdoor patio set with umbrella. Choose to use our backyard or beachfront fire pits (firewood included). The cottage is plumbed with lake water so we do include three 5 gallon jugs of water for the water dispenser and due to available space we only offer a private outdoor hot shower (it's pretty awesome!).
