🚨 VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED! 🚨

Unfortunately, we didn’t have any volunteers come forward for 50/50 today, so there will be no 50/50 ticket sales.

We are also STILL looking for volunteers to help clean the floating dock before it is put away for the season.

A power washer is available — we just need some helping hands!

Unfortunately, if the dock doesn’t get washed, it will have to be discarded and won’t be available for campers next year or in the years to come. We would really hate to see that happen when a few volunteers could help us save it.

🎓 Student volunteer hours are available for the dock cleaning!

The Social Committee and park activities rely on volunteers. Even an hour of your time can make a difference.

If you can help with the dock, please comment below or send us a message.

Thank you to everyone who continues to lend a hand and support our park community! ❤️

📣 HELP WANTED – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

🧽 DOCK CLEANING
We need a few helping hands to get the floating dock cleaned before it is put away for the winter. To make sure the dock is properly stored and ready for everyone to enjoy again next season, we need your help getting it cleaned up!

A power washer is already available — we just need the people power! If anyone has a deck brush they can bring along, even better.

🎓 STUDENTS — VOLUNTEER HOURS AVAILABLE!
Need community volunteer hours? Come help us tackle the dock and earn some hours at the same time!

We’d also love someone willing to take the lead and coordinate a small crew.

🎟️ 50/50 — DYNAMIC DUO WANTED!
We only need TWO volunteers to team up and tackle the 50/50! Grab your camping bestie, partner, neighbour, or whoever you can convince to join you. 😂

Two people. Some tickets. A little socializing. Easy peasy!

🙋 Able to help with either job? Comment below or send us a message.

Thanks for helping us wrap up the season and take care of our park! ❤️

What a Turkey Potluck! 🦃🍽️

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our Turkey Potluck Dinner such a success. There were a lot of moving pieces behind the scenes, and so many people stepped up to help make it all come together.

A few very well-deserved shoutouts:

🦃 Dave & Cathy — for cooking TWO turkeys and stuffing, and for jumping in to help with both setup and cleanup.

🦃 Jim & Deb — for cooking another TWO turkeys! And a special thank you to Jim for helping with setup, serving, and cleanup.

🥔 Maureen — for coming through with some much-needed backup support with the potatoes. It was definitely appreciated!

🥔 Paul — for going above and beyond. There may have been a little miscommunication along the way, but your willingness to jump in, help and prepare potatoes was so greatly appreciated. Thank you!

🧹 Kim — for staying right until the very end and helping get everything cleaned up.

❤️ Mark — for helping with all the last-minute things that needed to happen and bringing an entire carload of prepared food down to the stage!

🐷 Terry — for smoking the hams, which were absolutely delicious!

And finally, a HUGE thank you to all of our campers who brought dishes to share, came down and enjoyed the meal, and jumped in wherever needed with setup and cleanup.

Events like this really show what our campground community is all about. So many people contributing a little — and sometimes a LOT — to make something special happen for everyone.

Thank you for another wonderful campground get-together. We hope everyone went home with a full belly! ❤️🏕️

Hey campers someone mistakenly took the wrong crockpot lid. You took a lid like this but your lid should be just plain. It’s a smaller crockpot.

🍗 TURKEY DINNER REMINDER! 🍗

Just a reminder that we’re hoping to be eating around 4:00 PM SATURDAY OCTOBER 3!

Please bring your potluck dish down to the stage area in time to get everything set up. If you’re bringing something in a crockpot, don’t worry — there are lots of plug-ins available! 🔌

🚨 AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… DON’T FORGET YOUR PLATES & CUTLERY! 🍽️

We’d hate to see anyone trying to eat turkey and sides with their fingers. 😂

Come hungry and ready for a great meal together! 🦃🥔🥘

Good food, good company, great community! ❤️
