Retreats run: July 31/Aug 1st (Friday evening-Saturday noon) as well as Aug 1/2nd (Saturday evening-Sunday noon)
Options:
Beginner Package...try something new! Receive an intro to yoga breathing and meditation, individualised instruction on asanas (postures) and a 60 minute beginner level class
Custom Group Package...escape for some oceanfront zen! Choose a date and put together your own group of 2-6 people. Receive three workshops/classes of your choice: Meditation, breathing, postures, yin, restorative, vinyasa, back & core strengthening, Sun Salutation or morning stretch and a 60 min class: yin restorative, vinyasa.

Price: $160 (includes: boat transportation, accommodation, yoga instruction and time to relax and unwind).

Sad day for canneries on the coast , Bella Coola BC Packers Cannery lost to fire. Cause of fire unknown.
*note: located on the Bella Coola/wharf side, not Tallheo Cannery buildings.
