SWIM IN SILENCE .. 🌊

Mmm from a man who is revered for his mind, brain and thinking power .. so incredible to find this from Albert Estein and so true for the energies right now too, right? Very apt.

I swam in silence today sitting with my back to a tree out in nature out in a large majestic royal heritage park .. the energy as a whole was still, s p a c i o u s , unhurried and quiet .. much reflection ..

I do believe when we swim in silence our heart 💗 can be heard .. and our heart is linked to truth, our truth that is undisturbed by the ego ..

That is how I experience it 😌🙏🏼 I find our soul communicates to us through our heart 💗
Our higher mind does too ... 🦢💗🦢

Moonlight Hotel is one of the oldest hotels around it has 20 rooms and a huge bar space and also a restaurant...Great staff happy funloving atmosphere !!!
