There’s a kind of exhaustion that sleep alone doesn’t touch. The kind that comes from constantly tending, carrying, translating, caregiving, producing, or holding everything together for everyone else.
What many of us are craving is not necessarily escape, but somewhere warm to soften. Somewhere to make things with our hands. Somewhere to sit at a table with paper, thread, ink, fabric, tea, and other people equally in need of replenishment.
This November, we’re honoured to welcome Mimi Young of back to Nectar Yoga Retreat for Many Hands: A Craft Camp for Making & Being Made, Together. A 5-day retreat exploring creativity, ritual, play, and restoration through craft.
