Join us September 10th for an evening sound bath surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere of Alternative Garden Centre.

Settle into your own hammock while you’re immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments.

Blankets, blackout eye masks and aromatherapy are all included — simply arrive, get comfortable and enjoy.

Our Mom + Baby Gentle Sound Sessions are filling quickly.

September 16 — SOLD OUT

9:45–10:45 AM at Next Trimester Nursing Co.

These sessions are designed to be a relaxed, baby-friendly introduction to sound. Moms and babies settle into their own hammock together while we explore softer sounds and gentle instruments, with plenty of flexibility to feed, change, cuddle or move around as needed.

We’re also excited to start bringing this program to communities throughout Manitoba!

This would be offered as a daytime program, making it a great option for recreation departments, community centres, studios, wellness spaces and other organizations looking to offer something unique for parents and babies.

We can bring up to 20 freestanding hammocks, allowing us to accommodate up to 20 parent + baby pairs depending on the size of your space.

Something a little different is coming to Brandon this September.

Join Paddle Bros Wellness for an after-hours Sound Bath in a Bed at Dufresne Furniture Store.

Once the store closes for the evening, the lights go down and Dufresne transforms into a quiet space to completely unwind. Choose the bed of your choice, get cozy under the provided sheets and blankets, and settle in for an hour surrounded by the sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Mom + Baby Gentle Sound Sessions at Next Trimester Nursing Co.

A sound experience created specifically with moms and babies in mind — where there is absolutely no expectation for your baby to be quiet or still.

Each mom + baby will have their own hammock, along with a cozy rug and pillows at the end of their space. Settle into the hammock together, cuddle, feed, or move down to the floor whenever baby needs a change.

The session will include a gentle sound experience using crystal singing bowls, rain stick, Wave A/E and other soft sounds, followed by approximately 10 minutes of baby sensory sound play, where little ones can safely explore age-appropriate shakers and instruments.

Babies can wiggle, coo, cry, feed and simply be babies. This is meant to be a comfortable, low-pressure space for both of you.

We are so grateful for all of the communities and private groups bringing Paddle Bros Wellness in this fall.

We now only have a few dates remaining for October.

We can bring the full hammock sound bath experience right to your community, workplace, private group or special event — with up to 20 stand-alone hammocks available.

Based in Brandon and travelling throughout Manitoba.
