We’re always on the lookout for new spaces to host our sound baths!

One thing we love about Paddle Bros Wellness is being able to offer our classes in a variety of locations. Every space brings a different atmosphere and experience, and we love giving our guests the opportunity to try something new.

We’re currently looking for more locations in Brandon that would be suitable for our sound baths. Ideally, somewhere quiet, comfortable, and with enough room for our hammocks or yoga mats.

Brandon Indoor Floating Sound Bath?

It’s been since early summer that we last hosted a Floating Sound Bath here in Brandon, and we’re thinking it might be time to bring one back! We have had a lot of people messaging asking over the last few weeks.

We’re exploring the possibility of hosting an Indoor Floating Sound Bath at the Brandon Sportsplex in December or January!

Imagine floating comfortably on an air mattress in a warm indoor pool, surrounded by the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

But first, we want to hear from you!

Happy Thanksgiving from Paddle Bros Wellness!

Feeling especially grateful this Thanksgiving for the incredible support Paddle Bros Wellness has received throughout this year.

What started as a little business doing something I love has grown into so much more than I ever imagined. From sold-out classes to travelling to new communities and meeting so many wonderful people along the way, this year has been filled with growth, learning, and connection.

To everyone who has attended a class, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or supported this little business in any way, THANK YOU! None of this would be possible without you.

In just one week, I’ll be heading to Los Angeles to continue my sound healing education with Avery Whitmore at OSO Sound Healing (formerly The Sound Healing Studio). I’m incredibly excited for this opportunity to learn, grow, and bring new knowledge and experiences back to my classes.

I’m so thankful to be able to do something I genuinely love, and even more thankful for the people who make it possible.

Our October 15th Hammock Sound Bath at Alternative Garden Centre was fully booked, but we’ve had one spot become available!

Join us for an evening of slowing down, letting go of the day, and enjoying some much-needed time for yourself.

Settle into one of our cozy hammocks, surrounded by soft candlelight, warm blankets, gentle aromatherapy, and the calming sounds of our crystal singing bowls.

Another beautiful evening at Alternative Landscaping.

Tonight, we welcomed a full class into the greenhouse for an evening of slowing down, letting go, and taking a little time for ourselves.

Life moves so quickly, and sometimes we forget to notice the little things. Tonight was a reminder that we don’t always need to be doing, achieving, or rushing toward what’s next. Sometimes, simply being still is enough.

Surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight, the gentle movement of the hammocks, and the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, we created space to do just that.

Thank you to everyone who joined us tonight and continues to make these evenings so special.

Our next hammock sound baths at Alternative Landscaping are October 15th, November 5th, and November 10th.
