Convention is quickly approaching Sept. 25 - 27 and it's here in Brantford!!!
This Wednesday and next Wednesday we will meet at 6:30 to stuff registration bags and finalize other stuff. Will meet in lounge of Polish Hall 154 Pearl Street
Please attend and support your Lodge and Chapter.

All donations to our 2 families need to be in by Dec 11. Thank you.
Also Dec. 18th we will be having a potluck xmas dinner for any members that want to join us.
So far turkey and potatoes have been donated.
Plus for anyone that wants to take part we will be doing secret Santa ($25).

This year we will be sponsoring 2 local families that need a hand up this Christmas.
First family has mom, dad and 3 girls.
On the girls wish list is size 9 croc or shoes(all 3 same size), nail polish, hair accessories, makeup, watermelon gum, books.

Attention all Lodge members and Women of the Moose members.
Election time is coming up. If you are interested in running for any position on either board of officers please write your name, moose id number, position applied for and date on a piece of paper and put in a sealed envelope. I can either pick it up from you in person or you can leave it at the bar at the Polish Hall on Pearl Street. Address all envelopes in care of Kathy Emmett.

I hate to do this but the kids xmas party will not be happening this year. There was only one call and no responses to the notice so at this time we have no choice but to cancel.
But don't forget about the potluck on Dec. 13 at 7pm.
Let me know if you think you would be attending so we can make a big enough dish to accommodate those that do attend. Thanks

ATTENTION ALL MOOSE MEMBERS
On Wednesday December 13 we will be having a quick meeting followed by a pot luck meal. Everyone that is a member is invited to attend and if you would like to take part in the Secret Santa the limit is $20. 7pm
Also we are reaching out to all members that have children 12 and under to see if there is any interest in having a small kids xmas party. We are looking at December 17 for that. Please comment or reach out to an officer if you wish to attend. I will post further details about this if there is enough interest. And if I can get a Santa.....stay tuned

Just a reminder that we have a meeting on Wednesday October 11. WOTM officers at 6pm. Meeting at 6:30 and Lodge meeting at 7pm.
Women please remember to bring any sold tickets and money to meeting so we can see where we are at with that. Also if you have unsold tickets you can return them at this time so others can take them out. Thanks everyone for your help.
