Here’s how to make them:
Start with a layer of tortilla chips in a foil tray or cast iron pan. Add shredded cheese, black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, and jalapeños if you like a little heat. Cover with foil and place over the campfire or BBQ for about 10–15 minutes, until everything is melted and hot. Finish with salsa, sour cream, green onions, or fresh cilantro—and dig in right away!
