Good Evening Seasonal Campers:
This is a friendly reminder of the process for the waivers, contracts and invoices.
The first step is to sign the acknowledgement email. Should you select "Someone needs to be added" and/or "Someone needs to be removed", please be sure to send us an email to state who and their information. You must sign the acknowledgement piece before we can proceed to sending you waivers.
Once we receive this document, you will be sent all waivers to the names we have on your account according to the acknowledgement signature piece. We cannot send you a contract until ALL waivers have been completed and accepted.
Please do not use the auto fill, we have noticed many errors when this has been used. You cannot be your own emergency contact. Your children's or grandchildrens waivers need to be their information, including name in "Waiver For", their date of birth, their address, etc. If they are under 18, you must select "I am younger than 18" and a parent/legal guardian must sign the box with the parent/legal guardians name. Not the underage child's name.
Waivers are due by March 5th in order to provide enough time for you and us to get your contract out on time for the invoice to be paid in installments, if need be, by April 6th.
If you do not see the waivers in your inbox, and you have signed the acknowledgement document, verify you spam/junk folder. We are often told they are sent there.
