It was clean, quiet, comfortable, with microwave, refrigerator, tea, coffee machine. No problems on Parking. Kim welcomed me with very helpful instructions. The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, while shoppings about 5 min drive. I have no complain.

I stayed with Kim for two weeks while on a placement in Hamilton. Her home is so cozy and she made me feel very welcome with her kindness and hospitality. I had my dog Fozzie with me and Kim was kind enough to let him out during the day while I was gone. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Kim also baked me banana bread and Christmas cookies which were delicious! I felt very safe and comfortable in the neighbourhood. I was able to walk my dog early in the morning and late in the evening without any concerns. Also, the house is a quick walk or drive to restaurants, groceries, and shopping which was very convenient. I would definitely stay with Kim again if I ever find myself in the area, her little apartment is private, quiet, clean, and hospitable to name a few of the perks!

Kim was very welcoming and we were in communication before checking in. Everything was great, clean, and just like the pictures etc. There was also some chocolates and dog treats waiting for us. We will be staying there again for sure!

Kim made me feel right at home! She is incredibly kind and attentive and really just a great host! Her apartment is great! And there is a huge backyard, which was great because I was travelling with my dog. Overall just a great experience!
