Your roll called. It wants more practice 😉

In our Intro to Rolling in the Pool Course, we’ll work through the mechanics of the whitewater kayak roll, wet exits and all the awkward upside-down bits in a safe, confidence-building environment, with lots of personalized 1:1 practice.

Plus, we’ve just our updated registration, so now you can book individual sessions, giving you way more flexibility to build your roll on your own schedule. But we recommend booking 2 - 4 sessions total to make sure you can actually get your kayak right-side-up without swimming for the shore.

Think of it as a progression, not a one-and-done.

Join our Intro to Rolling Course this winter where you can work on the concepts and mechanics of the whitewater kayak roll in a safe, supportive, pool-based environment. You’ll get plenty of hands-on practice, personalized 1:1 coaching, and a logical progression through the skills.

And this year, we’ve changed up registration a bit to give you more flexibility. You can now register for individual sessions and build your rolling progression around your own schedule. We recommend booking 2 - 4 courses to allow yourself the best learning opportunities and time to hone in on your skills.

So whether you’re brand new to kayaking, still getting comfortable underwater, or ready to finally get that roll dialled, you can build your own progression one session at a time.

Just because the rivers will become icy, doesn’t mean the paddling fun has to stop!

Our Winter Youth Kayak Sessions are back, giving future Micro Groms, Super Groms and Teen paddlers the chance to keep moving, learning and having fun in the pool all winter long.

With guidance from our experienced instructors, each session helps build paddling skills, balance, coordination, teamwork, underwater confidence and solid boat control. All in a fun, supportive environment.

New to kayaking? Even better. No experience is necessary. Just bring your sense of adventure and we’ll handle the rest!

Keep the skills sharp. Keep the stoke high. And come spring, you’ll be ready to get back on the water.
