Feel free to call in and speak with management about a negotiated rate for your event. We are pleased to offer discounted rates upon request. They are, of course, subject to availability and do require proof at check in. These rates include, but are not limited to, medical discounts, AAA/CAA memberships, Government employees, Senior discounts, etc. To be eligible for a discounted rate we do encourage that you contact the hotel directly to book. We are not responsible for reservations made through third party sites such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, Trivago, etc. We are a strictly non-smoking property. You are required to sign a registration card upon check in agreeing that should there be an incident where smoking has occurred you will be charged a $200 penalty fee. Check in time at the hotel is anytime after 4pm. Check out is before 11am. Should you require a late check out or early check in we encourage you to call into the hotel to request this so we can make a note on your file. These requests will be granted on a 'first come first serve' basis and although every attempt will be made to accommodate your request it simply isn't always possible. Should your room be ready prior to 4pm we are always happy to check you in and get your settled into your new digs! We always encourage you to bring your furry friends as we are happily pet friendly! We do charge a $15/pet per night fee which goes towards the extra cleaning costs to ensure all allergens are removed from the room upon your departure.
