What an incredible afternoon at Whistle Bare Campground!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Reptile Show! We had the chance to get up close with some amazing reptiles, learn fascinating facts about each of them, and even meet a few creatures that challenged our fears.

From curious kids to adventurous adults, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, thoughtful questions, and brave volunteers. These hands-on experiences are what campground memories are all about!

Take a look through some of our favourite moments from today's show. 📸 Which reptile was your favourite?

Venessa and Derek Brousseau with Rolling Resilience is staying at Whistle Bare Campground for a few days.

Rolling Resilience is a traveling indigenous led awareness journey created by Vanessa and Derek. As a family member of a missing loved one — her sister Pamela Holopainen, missing since December 14, 2003 — Vanessa brings lived experience to this work. Each year, they travel into communities to raise awareness about missing and murdered Indigenous peoples, connect with families, and create spaces for learning, reflection, and healing.
