WE’RE HIRING! We’re looking for an outgoing and self-motivated person to join our / / fam to help with all day-to-day operations of the store. This is permanent position, working 4-5 days/week and must be available weekends.

Musts:
- Friendly and non-judgmental approach to providing amazing customer care
-Contribute to an inclusive and safe space
-Natural relationship builder. We strive to provide a personal customer service experience building relationships based on trust and connection
- Proactive, common-sense problem solving and great listening 
- Comfortable with technology including POS and inventory systems
- An eye for merchandising and creating beautiful displays

Bonus:
- Have experience with kids (parenting, education, childcare, etc) and have product knowledge/familiarity with the brands we carry
- Love to stay on top of trends
- Your tech experience includes Shopify, Canva, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Social media savvy (IG, Tik Tok, Facebook)

What your days could look like:
- Helping the best customers and the cutest babies + kids
- Merchandising and light cleaning to make the shop look pretty
- Creating and posting content on social media accounts 
- Receiving and organizing inventory (able to lift 50 lbs)
- Opening and closing the store including cash reconciliation
 
Compensation:
- $20-22/hour (commensurate with experience and depending contract or employee)
- $500 annual health spending account (for permanent positions, min 3 days/week, after 3 month probation) that can used for anything from a ski pass to dental care

How it works:
🌲 pick up your ornament kits starting Monday, November 17th
🌲 return your ornaments by Wednesday, 26th
🌲 visit the Festival of Trees from Nov 28-Dec 31 and see your works of art on display
🌲 ornaments will be available for pick-up after Jan 2 (please note this is public event and cannot guarantee your ornament will be returned)
