✨ What a night to remember! On November 5, 2025, we had the joy of participating once again in the at the Canadian Culinary Regional Championships 🍽️ We went up against some incredible dishes from eight talented chefs from Calgary and area. We were delighted to be part of such a fantastic event & with much surprise taking home BRONZE! 🥉

Congrats to all the incredible talent that night. And a special congratulations to for his big win 🥇 and great work on 🥈 plus the Peoples Choice Award! Wow, what a show!!

Stay tuned for our winning dish to be hitting the menu this December! We can’t wait to share it with you!

Ski and snowboard season is soooooo close 💙. Banff Sunshine Village opens tomorrow and The Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola opens next Friday. Can’t wait!
