⚡️Eagles Fly on Real Energy! 🦅🏒

As our young athletes gear up for another great season on the ice, Canmore Minor Hockey wants to remind players and parents that energy drinks have no place in youth sports.

High caffeine levels, excess sugar, and artificial stimulants can lead to dehydration, energy crashes, and health risks for growing athletes. Our players perform best with proper hydration, balanced meals, and natural fuel! 💧🍎

Let’s keep our Eagles safe, healthy, and performing at their peak. Choose water, sports drinks for intense sessions, and healthy snacks to fuel the game.

Today, Canmore Minor Hockey recognizes the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
We take this day to listen, learn, and reflect, and to continue building a hockey community rooted in respect, inclusion and belonging, on and off the ice.

A massive FIRE 📣 THANK YOU to the incredible athletes from the Calgary Fire Black AA U18 female team for bringing their mentorship, energy, and inspiration to our Fire & Ice event! ❄️🔥❤️

What an unforgettable, inspiring, and SO MUCH FUN day on and off the ice. 🤩 These U18 role models showed our younger players what passion, dedication, and leadership look like in action. It’s mentorship moments like these that truly light the path for the next generation of female hockey players. 🏒👭

We are so grateful for your leadership and for being such amazing ambassadors for the game. Can't wait for the next generation to follow in your skate strides! 💫
