🍂 What a beautiful first retreat at Seabreeze! 🍃

Our first Seabreeze Retreat unfolded under skies that shifted like a story – warm sun, soft rain, a rainbow, thunder & lightning, even a burst of hail! Each change in the weather felt like nature joining in, guiding us to slow down, breathe, and ground ourselves in the moment.

To the amazing women who shared this day with us – thank you for your openness, your laughter, and your hearts.💚

The day reminded us that connection isn’t just with each other – it’s with the earth beneath us, the salt in the air, and every shift in the sky above.
