Sweet summer memories at Sugar Lake Lodge. ❤️🌲

Kathy Deane was so happy to have her son Lee, grandsons Abram, Jaxon and Landen, along with friends from Vancouver Island, BC, spend a week together at the Lodge.

The weather couldn’t have been better, and the days were filled with paddle boarding, swimming, relaxing on the deck, good food, lots of laughs and plenty of family time.

And of course, the ongoing family joke between Kathy and Lee made another appearance…

“Tea or whiskey — you choose.” 😂🥃☕

These are the kinds of weeks that make Sugar Lake so special. Family, friends, beautiful weather and memories made together. 💚

🧼 Last day of deep cleaning at Sugar Lake Lodge! 🧼

After a very busy couple of weeks, Marshall, Tobias and I are finally on the home stretch! From washing bedding and scrubbing suites to sanitizing surfaces, cleaning decks and washing down the outside of the Lodge, we have certainly put in the work. 💪😂

There is nothing better than seeing everything fresh, sparkling and ready to welcome our next guests.

Now it is time to put the hose away, kick up our feet and enjoy the beautiful Sugar Lake view, we have definitely earned it! 🌲💙

A special afternoon at the beach with Kathy Deane better known as Great Moma and Tobias, who came all the way from Legal, Alberta, to spend time with her! ☀️💙

They enjoyed relaxing together in their chairs by the water, although Tobias didn’t stay seated for long. He cooled off with a swim and then headed out for a paddle in his kayak! 🏊‍♂️🛶

A beautiful day filled with sunshine, lake time and special memories between Tobias and his Great Moma. 🫶
