Located just 2 km from our park gates, Great Blue Heron Provincial Park becomes a hub of activity during fall wildlife migrations.

Local Tip: Head out along the shoreline trails near Anglin Lake or Emma Lake during early morning hours (between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.). You’ll catch mist rising off the calm water, active waterfowl, and striking reflections of yellow birch canopies against the blue lake.
