David Daley is a lifelong Northerner, community leader, ,family man and Churchill’s one of a kind top tier dog sledding, aurora viewing and cultural tourism experiences.

A Métis musher with deep roots to the land, David has spent decades raising, training, and caring for his beloved sled dogs. His passion has always been simple: share the true northern experience with visitors from around the world.

Wapusk Adventures
Founded to honour traditional dog mushing culture, Wapusk Adventures offers immersive sled dog rides, Indigenous storytelling, and hands-on learning. David’s team of beautiful, hardworking dogs, each with their own personalities, are at the heart of the experience.
Visitors leave with frozen eyelashes, full hearts, and memories for life.

The Hudson Bay Quest:
David is the founder of the Hudson Bay Quest, a world-class long-distance dog sled race right here in Churchill. The race celebrates northern resilience, traditional travel routes, and keeping the legacy of dog musing alive.

The Quest has brought mushers from across North America to Churchill, building community and showcasing Métis and northern culture.
