Hi everyone!
Airbnb has recently changed the way prices are displayed when guests search for a stay.
The price you now see includes all fees and service charges upfront.
Instead of guests paying some of these fees separately, they are now included in the total price.
While it may appear that nightly rates have increased, that’s not actually the case.
Guests are still paying the same overall amount, and hosts are still receiving the same payout.
The pricing is simply being displayed differently to make it more transparent and easier to understand.
