Clinton! Our local food bank needs help right now. 🚨
The shelves are running low, and behind every empty space is a family, a child, a neighbour who is counting on that support.
On average, our Salvation Army Food Bank helps about 80 families each month, with up to 140 visits for food hampers and items from the community shelf.
They also support around 54 children every month, and at Christmastime that number rises to 122 children.
👉Right now, their most needed items are crackers, canned vegetables, canned fruit, peanut butter, and beans.
If you can pick up even one extra item on your next grocery trip, please do!
Our community has always been at its best when we look after each other. This is one of those moments. ❤️ You can drop off items at 34 Albert Street, Clinton on Tuesdays 12-4 or Fridays 9-1.
