The Salmon are now swimming by on their way to the Goldstream River for spawning. We're also watching several Eagles flying around the beaches.

From mid October to December we often see Orcas in front of the house. They are feeding on Chum Salmon that are heading up to Goldstream River which is at the head of the Saanich Inlet.
