With great sadness Lauretta Avedian wife of Bedros passed away on February 25th. She will be missed by many and her memories will live on forever.

I started shopping for prizes for the raffle; so far I managed to get a bunch of other prizes (second to fifth winners) and will be picking up the grand prize very soon. Will issue official notices very shortly to have draw coming long weekend during our BBQ. One thing hopefully for sure, none of the five winners will be disappointed with their prizes. All proceeds will be matched up to $500 and all be part of entertainment fund for the resort's entertainment activities to benefit our residents (kids and grown ups).
Ideas on what you wish to include as such activities are very much welcomed as we need to make sure they will be enjoyed by all.

Just to update everyone, cleanup is coming along quite well at Spruce Glen and we may be able, after all, and try to open sooner than anticipated
Somerset cleanup also started
