My thoughts on my trip:
1. Everyone should explore our beautiful country. Every part of it is amazing: - the evergreen trees in Northern Ontario, - the wildlife... but not the bears - the flat prairies with their huge fields… no fencing. It was hard to tell when one farm ended and another started - the foothills of Alberta, a tease to the beautiful Rockies - the Calgary Stampede, my dream come true - and the beautiful Rocky Mountains…. Totally amazing, breathtaking. My favourite sight of the trip. Make the effort and see our beautiful country... you won't be disappointed. It so beautiful.
2. Sometimes when you to try something new, you might be scared and then be surprised by how much fun it was. Be brave and try it. Be determined and make it happen. Be stubborn and don't give it up.
3. Nobody gets a free ride. There is always something that you can do to help out. Do your part.
4. I still have my mom power over my 63 year old son :)
5. Dogs and children make me smile :)
6. I have 75 followers on Facebook. I had no idea that I had so many friends and that they would be interested in my trip. I was surprised, at how much fun it was to check it everyday for comments. Thank you to everyone :)
7. I felt better as the trip went on. My back stopped hurting, and I was able to walk farther. By the end of the trip, I could get in and out of the RV without help... but (don’t worry) I still liked having someone with me for safety. I ate more than usual. It was nice not eating by myself nor having to make my own meals. I feel stronger now.
8. I usually have an afternoon nap at home in my comfy chair, but I didn't nap very much on the trip. I didn't want to miss a minute. As a result, I slept soundly every night.
9. I met a lot of people on the trip. In every city people were very friendly. Every city had the same big stores, but we enjoyed eating at family diners the most.
10. I accomplished what I set out to do. What a great feeling…. I will be thinking about this trip for a long time
