📣Attention Bear Ridge Seasonal Campers‼️

Summer is winding down which means it’s time to start thinking about winterizing and roof shoveling! ❄️🏕️

A friendly reminder that both forms are now available on the App and are due by October 18th.

🏕️ NEW THIS YEAR — TIERED WINTERIZING RATES:

To help me get a head start on the never ending race against Mother Nature, I’m introducing two winterizing rates this year:

Tier 1: For campers leaving their trailer for the season by October 4th
Tier 2: For campers vacating their trailer between October 5th–18th

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Winterizing forms received after the park closes on October 18th will be subject to an additional $50 administration charge — NO exceptions.

October always seems to arrive before we’re ready for it, so please take a few minutes to hop on the App, fill out your forms and get it checked off your list. ✅

🛺 GOLF CART SERVICE DAY ON SATURDAY AUGUST 29

Hi Bear Ridge Campers!

A friendly reminder that ALL GOLF CARTS must be adjusted to ensure the 10km/hr speed limit is abided by. MC Power Sports was here recently but ran out of time and wasn’t able to get to everyone’s site. They’ll be back this Saturday to finish up.

This service is MANDATORY and is being done first and foremost for everyone’s safety. Bear Ridge will cover the cost and you do not need to be present. Campers who refuse this adjustment must remove their golf cart from the premises immediately. NO exceptions.

Please bring your golf cart down for a quick 5-minute assessment.

Not sure if your cart was already checked? Please bring it down just to be safe!

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL BEAR RIDGE CAMPERS – GOLF CART SPEED LIMIT

Despite repeated reminders that the golf cart speed limit is 10 km/h, many carts continue to exceed this limit. This poses a serious safety concern for our children, seniors and all campers in the park.

To ensure compliance, MC Power Sports will be at Bear Ridge on Wednesday August 12th, to adjust the speed limit on every golf cart in the park to 10 km/h. This mandatory service will be provided at Bear Ridge’s expense and you do not need to be present.

Please note that any camper who refuses this adjustment must remove their golf cart from the park premises immediately. There will be no exceptions.
