A refined expression of late summer, our VanderMarck Summer Rye brings together the delicate floral notes of elderflower, crisp Fuji apple, rich rye whiskey and the elegant sparkle of Champagne. Bright yet beautifully balanced, it’s a sophisticated cocktail made for golden afternoons, and warm summer evenings. ☀️🍹

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ oz Canadian Club 100% Rye Whiskey
¾ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
¼ ounce simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 ounce Fuji apple juice
Champagne, chilled, to top (approximately ¾ oz)
Garnish: apple cubes

Add the rye whiskey, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice and Fuji apple juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the Champagne. Garnish with diced apple cubes.
