We have found a home in Quesnel, B.C. -- we are going to be located in the CARIBOO -- and we are super excited to be planning the construction of the Rest and Recreation Center.

The property will take be a unique bed and breakfast style experience for active and healthy oriented people and animals.

We have survived our first winter and we are eager to get started on the build. Stay tuned for progress reports and more intel over the weeks and months ahead.

Starting a new business and building it from scratch is what we love to do. Add to that, the passion of food and family and the next several months will be a journey of epic magnitude.

Follow along as we start today: getting the legal and corporate paperwork started, cleaning and restoring the trailer, and beginning our business plan.

April 21, 2016 Gopell Enterprises Inc. (business development and planning) and New Look Industries Inc. (trailer construction and design) begin to cook up "GOPE'S GRILL."

The Trailer renovation and designing of the kitchen are now on the cutting board and we want to have a schedule that will detail the next several month's plans and agenda in place by June 1st.

This page will display our progress -- pictures and updates -- and be our record of growth and development.

The menu and food items will be presented once they have been researched and tested, and sampled of course.
