The booking dates for next season are as follows:
Long Term booking (14+ consecutive nights) is beginning this Monday October 5th. These reservations are to be approved by management and require a signed contract with a $250 deposit at the time of booking.
Short Term booking (anything less than 14 nights) will open Thursday, October 8th, both over the phone (844) 566-2421 and online at https://holidayhaven.ca - all bookings will open at 9am AST. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to the first night will be charged to your credit card when you book.
*For any group reservations we kindly ask you to call to book to allow us to try our best to get you as close as possible*
Our winter season hours: 9am-4pm (Monday-Friday)!
Gentle reminders:
On the first day of booking the phone lines will be quite busy so we ask for your patience and kindness towards our staff as they try their best to get all reservations done in an orderly fashion. We ask that you book only what you intend to stay and have your dates prepared prior to calling as to be fair to all campers. As with previous years, we are unable to guarantee specific site numbers and will only be guaranteeing the site type you have booked (i.e., waterfront, regular width 30amp, full hookup: 633-647, etc.). We can make requests and try our best to accommodate. We will be booking people as quickly and efficiently as we can and will be answering all voicemails and emails when possible.
Reservation Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or change reservations, please call 1(844) 566-2421 before the deadlines listed below to receive your refund of the deposit, minus the processing fee. All cancellations must be made via phone. Email cancellations will not be accepted.
RV/ Tent Sites: 7 days’ notice prior to arrival date for cancelling or changing reservations to be eligible for a deposit refund minus the $25 processing fee. Please call our office before 2pm, 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Basic Camping Cabins: 7 days’ notice prior to arrival date for cancelling or changing reservations to be eligible for a deposit refund minus the $25 processing fee. Please call our office before 2pm, 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Deluxe Lodges/Cottages: 30 days’ notice prior to arrival date for cancelling or changing reservations to be eligible for a deposit refund minus the $50 processing fee. Please call our office before 2pm, 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
All long-term Reservations (14+ Consecutive Nights) must be approved through management as well as a signed contract and a $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Any changes to decrease number of nights made to the reservation will result in loss of reservation and deposit.
Holidays & Special Events:
Special deposits and/or cancellation policies may be required. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with the campground to learn more.
Reservations made after cancellation deadlines:
Reservations that are made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits. All cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeit of all deposits.
