Last year we upgraded our hot water and air conditioning. This year we installed a stadia system, mesh, sensors, upgraded the security system. We also plan to do some repairs to the landscaping and see if we can figure out how to turn on the in ground sprinklers (the previous owner didn't leave us instructions).
