This was just the start of breakfast at ww.treeislandbb.com Tree Island Breakfast - MusicFest was a success no doubt and our guests this past weekend were a delicious mix of Islanders (Ladysmith) and Eastern Canada (Montreal). Cori played music well into the night with one of our guests who brought his mandolin - The guitar, mandolin, ukelele (thanks Michael McLoed), ca**ne drum, jembe and a whole bunch of percussion instruments came out and we had our own little music fest right here in our living room! - You never know what may happen when you stay at Tree Island Bed and Breakfast.

Today's breakfast was an asparagus and gruyere cheese tart with caramelized onions along with balsamic reduced glazed cherry tomatoes and fresh picked garden greens along with some yummy bacon. The sun was out over the ocean the mountains in the distance we're clear and the eagles were flying overhead.

The last couple of nights have been spectacular here in the Comox Valley. September has proven to be an excellent time to visit the West Coast - Vancouver Island... Come see how magical this place is. We'll make you one hell of a great breakfast while your staying here ... by the way.
