Located in Winter Harbour we offer fully guided fishing charters for Salmon, Halibut, Tuna and Cod. Whatever your preference, we can provide it to you.

Nestled in one of British Columbia’s secret spots lies Winter Harbour, which is located on the northwest coast of Vancouver Island. The sheltered harbor is a fisherman’s sanctuary and a gateway to your amazing adventure. Winter Harbour is remote and untouched compared to many over fished and populated spots and offers an abundance and variety of species. All 5 species of salmon swim along the coas

t throughout the season. Large runs of Chinook salmon (aka Spring’s or Kings) swim right off our doorstep with only a short run to the salmon highway. Winter Harbour also offers some excellent inside fishing for monster Marble River Chinook and huge Coho runs that are heading up various rivers up the inlet. Our ocean waters offer excellent bottom fish including huge halibut, Ling Cod, Red Snapper (Yellow Eye) and a variety of rock fish. Off shore tuna fishing is also available at the right time of year! Oli’s Fishing Charters, experienced, licensed, guided adventure, with all equipment provided. Throughout your fishing adventure you will be surrounded by stunning scenery including breath-taking horizons and mountainous rainforests. Lots of local wildlife including Black bears scavenging the shores, bald eagles soaring above, breeching whales, porpoises, massive sun fish, sharks and much more. So bring your camera!

Oli’s fishing Charters in winter harbour is looking for a full time west coast fishing guide to join the team for the 2024 season. Season runs from early June through mid sept. Very competitive pay and all meals and accommodations provided!!!!!!

To our Canadian friends and guests that may not have seen the tuna episode we did last august. Angler west was up last season for a late august trip and it lined up perfect for an epic tuna day!!!!!

First trip of the season, didn’t have to wait long or go far for a couple beauty flatties!!!!!! April/May are hot months for the bottom fishing and crustaceans as long as Mother Nature is kind!!!!!! Now booking early season bottom fishing/prawning trips!!!!
