MoonSeed Gathering I would like to invite you into my home for an all inclusive women's gathering in the forests of the East Kootenays.

Reconnect with yourself and together we will explore through yoga, journaling, hiking, sharing circles, amazing food and more!

The next MoonSeed gathering will be held,
Friday December 9th, at my home starting 5:30pm
6040 Parnaby Rd, Cranbrook BC.

I am delighted and honoured to have Irene Rutherford as the guest presenter. She will be leading us in a beautiful meditation and then teach self facial massage.
With the hectic pace that a December seems to take I feel we all need to slooooow dooooown. So this will be the evenings focus.

I will lead out with a slow and steady QiGong movement practice, Irene will present after which we will gather for a beautiful meal and visiting.

The cost for the evening is $45-$75, depending on what you have available.

Join us for an evening of connection through yoga, conversation, dinner and learning how to brew and use Kombucha with the talented Kristen Gyurkovits ( ). We also can enjoy a bonfire outside weather permitting.

Saturday, November 12th. Our evening will begin at 5:30 and will end when you are ready to go home. Sliding scale pricing is available:
🌙 $40 - Community Price: If you or someone else you know needs this but funds aren't available to pay full price. *Approved on a request basis.
🌙 $55 - Sustainer Price: General full price for those who are in a situation capable of paying for themselves or a friend.
🌙 $70 - Supporter Price: For those who want to give back to other women through community. If you have a small cushion and are able, this helps pay for those who are on the Community Price Tier.

We have the power to heal the wounds of our children with a kiss, create an empire with our creativity, turn houses into HOME. Within these roles we give all of ourselves and of our heart. We can become lost and forget the women we are, outside the roles we nurture.

This is my passion: helping women reconnect and rediscover their souls, their truest version of themselves. In nature, through self care and true connections you can being your journey of nourishing your mind, body, and soul. You will leave with the tools you need to keep connecting with nature, yourself, and others.
