Now this couple…. Met in Turkey! She was visiting her son , he was there on business. His wife passed away of brain cancer and she was wearing an athetic shirt with the word gright on the back! That was his wife’s last name ! So he asked her about it and it means strong or grit in english… turns out her husband also died of brain cancer, they each have 3 kids and he lives in Holland! His brother happens to live just out of Creemore and works at our very own Rural Roots farm! They stayed with us to visit his brother for a few days! She was working remote and he went with his brother to milk goats and drive a tractor! Such a wonderful couple and a beautiful love story! They won’t see each other again til January….💗

So these two beauties are childhood friends! One lives in Italy and the other is from England! They went on a camping vacation near here and spent a night at our house in a real bed and hot showers! Awesome guests and great conversation on a chilly morning at breakfast!
