September at Dunlop House… when the mornings turn crisp, the sunshine stays warm, and the Kootenays begin dressing for fall. 🍂

Atlas and Ruby are enjoying the peaceful pasture while the first touches of gold appear across the valley. It truly is one of the most beautiful times of year to visit Creston… quiet country surroundings, gorgeous mountain views and that unmistakable feeling of fall in the air.

Come experience autumn in the Kootenays with us at Dunlop House. 🐴🍁

After a month of hard work, we are finally ready to introduce The Birnam Oak Suite!
It took a village…
Thank you to our amazing designer (my sister) for her incredible vision, and to my patient, hardworking husband, who has officially announced he is retired from bathroom renovations and picture hanging! 😂
Every late night, every decision, and every bit of hard work was worth it. We cannot wait to share this beautiful space with you.

✨ We’ve been keeping a little secret at Dunlop House… ✨

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hard at work transforming Suite One into something truly special. We’re not quite ready for the full reveal yet, but here’s a little hint of what’s coming. 👀

Natural textures, handcrafted details, and a warm, rustic feel inspired by the beauty of the Kootenays. This stunning live-edge wood feature is just one piece of the puzzle.

We can’t wait to show you the finished space and welcome guests into this completely refreshed suite.

Stay tuned… the big reveal is coming soon! 🏡✨
