Our 4 Seasons have become 3 - just like Abbotsford, but more sunshine, less rain. We are at 650' above sea level and bone dry. Predictions are for a dry hot summer. As I look out at the valley below, not a stitch of snow to be seen almost all month. The snow line is way above us as well, so believe it. Climate change is real folks!

Lake Life in the Koots. We enjoy day trips and also getting away for a few days at a time. There are a couple public beach area's within a 20 minute drive. An hour's drive will bring you to Kootenay Bay where you can take the free ferry across to Balfour.
