Our Uptowner Hotel gym is open to the community! Whether you’re an early riser, a night owl, or just looking for a spot to relax after work, we’ve got you covered:

🏋️ Gym:
• 24/7 access with a prepaid monthly membership
• 8am–10pm for drop-in/punch pass

🧖 Relax & Recover:
• Hot tub + dry sauna open daily 8am until 10pm
• Access included with both drop-ins & memberships

💲 Rates (taxes in):
• Drop-in: $8
• 10 Punch Pass: $65
• Membership: $80/month

✨ Come get in your morning routine in before work, or enjoy the quieter hours with 24/7 membership access. Two private bathrooms on site for changing, including one with a shower to rinse off before you soak in the hot tub. All you need to bring is a towel, water bottle (water cooler available), and indoor shoes!

🏋️‍♀️ Hey Creston! Did you know...?

The Uptowner Hotel's gym is open to locals too! Whether you’re just in the mood for a one-off workout or looking for a full-on fitness routine, we’ve got you:

✨ Drop-in access: Just $5/day for the month of August! Come by anytime between 8am and 10pm — includes use of the hot tub and sauna, both open until 10pm.

🔥10 Punch Pass: $45 for the month of August. Prepay for your drop in sessions, and allows you to cover a friend with your pass! Access between 8am and 10pm.

💪 Monthly membership (24/7 Access): Only $65 this month. Includes your own key for 24/7 access to the gym, and daily access to the hot tub + sauna between 8am and 10pm.

We have two private washrooms for changing, one with a shower, a water cooler, tv in the gym, cardio equipment, free weights, cable weights, benches, and lots more! All you need to bring is a water bottle, towel, indoor shoes and headphones after 9pm (we have a pretty great sound system in the gym for day use 🔊)

No contracts, no gimmicks — just a great little gym with everything you need. We also offer longer term memberships at great rates.
