A lot of people ask us: "Do I have to book a dome to rent a kayak?"
The answer is no! You don’t need to stay overnight to enjoy Grand Lake this autumn. Our water gear is available to everyone

If you live nearby or are just taking a scenic October drive through Cumberland Bay, feel free to stop by. Forget about the hassle of lifting and tying a heavy canoe to the roof of your car. We have everything clean, ready, and waiting for you right at the water’s edge

Stop by for an afternoon paddle:
• Canoe: $30 / 2 hrs
• Kayak or Paddle Board: $20 / 2 hrs
• Paddle Boat: $30 / hr
(Life jackets are always included for your safety).
The lake is incredibly peaceful right now. Come out for a couple of hours, enjoy the crisp air, and head back home feeling completely refreshed

If you feel totally drained from the last few weeks and just want to catch up on sleep in absolute quiet this is your sign to hit pause.
No need to plan a complex camping trip, pack a ton of gear, or worry about freezing at night. You can show up here with zero plans and just do absolutely nothing.

We’ve got it all covered:
• You won't be cold. Every dome is fully heated with a heat pump and a cozy pellet stove.
• Everything is inside. Your private bathroom with a hot shower is right inside your dome. No freezing walks outside at night.
• Unwind. Add hot tub access to your booking and relax right on your private deck.
