End of season remodel. Making the 2 bed lodges into 4 bed. Will increase our youth beds by 32 more beds.

As youth programs grow so does the local church. Pouring into the younger generation will help future growth and stability in our local church. If we do not pour into the lives of our kids then there will be no one to fill in the gaps in our local CONGREGATIONS.

We pray for a future for a kids program at Camp as well, if you are able and or are part of a local church we would love to talk about getting a kids program camp off the ground too.

Hi All,

We are currently doing some more electrical upgrades that will include meters for all seasonal cabins. Over the next few days and by open next season most if not all will be done.

I have sent out a few emails and messages for those I had and wanted to norify orhers I may have missed.

The rates for most seasonal lots that were rented in 2026 havent changed except for a couple that were price errors or newly contracted. The power meters however will be a change.

By installing the meters it makes the cost to operate fair. If you are here a lot and use heat and air, then you will pay a little more then those who only come on weekends, if you are not, then the cost will be hardly noticed.

Any questions, feel free to contact Steve Williams, or email subject "Power Change" to [email protected]

Thanks for everyones understanding. I almost typed thanks for your attention to this matter, but that is to much like someone else.....lol.

Enjoy your week.

God Bless.

Thanks to Tim Ross and Bill for getting the power meters installed in the cabins today. Having them installed will help with the winter rentals and our ability to seperate the power bills.
This year we will have a couple monthly winter rentals and a couple weekly rentals during Dec to April. Making Camp Evangeline a year round facility.
So many years the property just got used for a few weeks each summer, then we added a half dozen or so seasonals from May to Sept. Now we have rentals year round. This will help provide additional income during our slower months.

Hi Everyone

I am getting feed back that people dont know what the 2027 deposit for seasonals is or when its due.

$300 non refundable deposit is due Oct 15th if you are planning to keep you cabin or RV lot for 2027. This covers your leaving your RV on the lot for the winter. If the fee isn't paid then camp management will assume your not coming back and the lot will be vacated by Oct 30th 2026.

This is for lot leases, seasonal Cabins and RV lots. Family Camp deposits are not due until May 1st and is 50% of the cost of your rental, balance is due for Family Camp upon check in. If payment isnt paid by May 1st the accomadation your requested is then put back on list for others on wait list or who request accomadation.

Please be sure to have the payments done as we will not be able to hold lots or cabins for people who disregard these notices or just simply forget. As units are requested for 2027 any units without deposits could be leased to soneonelse.

Thank You
We look forward to hearing your coming back.
