Cameras start going out today!! Now it’s time to see how all this baiting has paid off!

Bear baiting all day, everyday is tough work but it’s all worth it in the end!! Been a lot of years since I’ve seen the bears hit the baits this hard! It’s going to be a great season for sure.

Baiting fired up last week! Weather has been great and I’ve spotted 3 bears already in my travels, all looked fat and healthy. Opening day for the spring hunt was May 1st but that’s too early in this area due too late winters. Hopefully I’ll be able to get in the stand next week.
