Our bulk water division has been working very hard helping a wonderful community during this difficult time. We want to give a huge shout out to our dedicated staff who are taking time away from their families & hauling water all week.

ƛ̓eekoo to hitac̓u residents for your continued patience in this time and ƛ̓eekoo to those who are ensuring residents are serviced with daily water refills and delivery – we appreciate every one of you!

Water samples have been sent off for testing, Island Water Hauling and Vancouver Island Phresh Water Inc have been working daily to fill the reservoir. Once the reservoir is at an attainable level and samples come back clear, we will be able to allow for (limited) hygienic use.

When we are ready to connect back to the pipeline with the District of Ucluelet, we will then commence another round of flushing and testing (in the week to come).

The Cixʷatin Centre will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. For any assistance on water refills or booking the shower at the West Coast Motel, call (250) 726-7342.
