Dundurn 'the next BIG thing'

The Town of Dundurn is a community of approximately 700 people. Our location is 31 km (20 min) South on Hwy 11 from Saskatoon. Dundurn features a K-6 elementary school. Blackstrap Provincial Park is located 10 minutes from Dundurn where you will find boating, fishing, a sandy beach, picnic area and fully equipped campground. The Pitts Golf Course at Shields Town site

is 5 minutes away. Dundurn is 10 minutes south from the Saskatchewan International Raceway (SIR). The Town of Dundurn is expanding! We have a new 3-phase, residential development called Sunshine Meadows, with 10 acres of highway commercial available. In addition, we currently have plans to build a 40,000 sq/ft multiplex sports facility in the Town of Dundurn and we hope to build a new high school that would be attached to the sports complex. We offer a competitive home ownership incentive which includes a 40% tax abatement for up to three years. For new commercial development, we offer a 100% 3-year tax abatement. 🏡 HELP KEEP DUNDURN LOOKING ITS BEST 🏡

A clean and well-maintained community benefits everyone. The Town of Dundurn's Nuisance Abatement & Property Maintenance Bylaw requires property owners and occupants to keep their yards free from the accumulation of garbage, refuse, and other materials that create an unsightly condition.

Items such as piles of household waste, discarded materials, scrap items, and excessive clutter can negatively impact neighbourhood appearance and enjoyment of surrounding properties.
We encourage residents to take a few moments to tidy up their yards and properly dispose of unwanted items. Small efforts by all of us help maintain community pride and contribute to a safer, more welcoming Dundurn.

✅ Organize and maintain outdoor storage areas
✅ Remove unnecessary clutter and debris
✅ Help keep Dundurn a community we can all be proud of

🌿 Friendly Reminder – Property Maintenance 🌿

As the growing season continues, the Town of Dundurn would like to remind residents to keep grass and weeds maintained on their properties. Regular yard maintenance helps keep our community looking its best, reduces pests, and contributes to neighbourhood pride.

Please ensure grass and weeds are kept below the maximum height permitted under the Town's Nuisance Abatement Bylaw.
