I had actually never heard of Trix before this night, so this was my first time seeing him—and let me tell you, he did NOT disappoint! 😂 He was hilarious, entertaining, and just an all-around great guy.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to experience something new, have some laughs, and make some beautiful memories with good people. 🥰

Day 2 of letting my inner child play. 😜💃🏽

Dont worry I wont show you every day. But this is the second day enjoying my hoolahoop and I gotta say for some reason im loving it! 😂

Healing doesn’t always have to look serious, quiet, or heavy. Sometimes healing looks like picking up a hula hoop, dancing badly, laughing at yourself, and letting yourself experience JOY just because you can. 😂💕

Sometimes the universe has a funny way of reminding you what you said you wanted. ✨

A few months ago, I remember saying, “I really want a hula hoop!” 😂 Then… I completely forgot about it. Out of sight, out of mind.

And then I randomly found one for FREE at a garage sale. 🥹💫

So of course, I had to play. 💃🏽🌀

It got me thinking about how important it is to let our inner child come out and PLAY. Not everything has to be productive. Not everything needs a purpose. Sometimes the thing your soul is asking for is simply more joy.

I truly believe the universe wants to bring us experiences that light us up—and sometimes the invitation is simply to notice them, receive them, and let yourself have fun. ✨

That’s a big part of what I love about Reiki, too. It creates space to reconnect with yourself, your energy, your intuition, and the parts of you that may have gotten buried underneath responsibilities, stress, and constantly taking care of everyone else.

😂 When you’re having such a good time, you almost forget the cameras are rolling…
