This includes gas, power, water/sewer, parking, landscaping, snow removal, building insurance, building maintenance, common area maintenance, waste removal, video surveillance/security monitoring, and professional management • All suites come fully-furnished, bed (double mattress pillow top w/ box spring) dining table, chairs, dresser, wardrobe • Towels, toilet paper, bar of soap, and fresh bedding (pillows, sheets, comforter) are supplied at check-in, free of charge • Private upkeep thereafter, no invasive maid service, only upon request. • Convenient kitchenette in every apartment offers large sink, handy cabinets, and 5ft tall, 24" wide full-size fridge with freezer. You also receive a regular microwave, electric frying pan, coffee machine, plates, cups, and cutlery • Tenants enjoy 24/hr private access to our Convenience Lounge on-site, equipped with hang-out seating, free Shaw wifi internet & flatscreen tv, mailroom, bill breaker, and vending machine stocked with assorted beverages (fresh Colombian coffee & hot chocolate, large variety of different soda pops), assortment of potato chips, various toiletries consumables in case you run-out...(Tylenol, deodorant, toothpaste, soap, shavers, ci******es)
