With the uncertainty and disruption caused by the outbreak of COVID-19, we at Lakeview Hotels and Resorts are incredibly grateful for the hard work and dedication of our incredible team of hotel staff at all of our properties.
These are extremely difficult times for not only the hotel and hospitality industry, but we recognize the great amount of stress this pandemic has put on our teams every day. From extra work in cleaning and sanitizing, to helping our guests cancel, reschedule or modify their reservations with us, to providing extra care in our food and beverage outlets to ensure all of our guests are safe and cared for when staying with us, our teams have gone above and beyond.
We have asked a great deal from our front-line hotel and restaurant staff and they have continued to deliver our "simply inviting" level of hospitality in the face of great adversity.
So, to our incredible team, we want to extend a massive THANK YOU for all that you do! We will continue to work as a team to get through this difficult time and will continue to look ahead to a brighter future!
