We have had some calls asking to book multiple rooms for extended family and friends. Yes we can and will do that for you. This is how it works.

We charge a $100 per unit booking fee, this is applied to your balance as long as you you do not cancel. If you cancel with more than 72 hrs. notice that is the only charge. If you cancel with less than 72 hrs. notice there is an addition one night charge.

We must have a credit card number for each unit booked. ie 4 booked units is 4x$100. If your family or friends cancel you will not get your $100 back.

The morning of your arrival we will charge the credit card # on file the remaining amount owed. Your invoice will be in your unit when you arrive.

Any damage will be charged to the credit card on file.

We are not a pet friendly facility. If you choose to bring a pet you will be asked to vacate and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Yes we agree $500 is a lot so we suggest you follow our No Pet Policy and it won’t matter how much we charge.

We are a Family oriented facility and quiet time is 11:00 p.m..

HELP, WE NEED HELP! Even though summer is our busiest season we are experiencing a busier fall going into winter than ever before.
We are looking for staff to compliment our existing staff regiment.
We are looking for housekeepers and laundry personnel to assist in the day to day operations of our rental program. Working under the direct supervision of our head housekeeper we require staff to clean and prep condo after check out for new guests, and launder bedding and linen etc.
Experience not required as training will be provided.
We are looking for staff to start immediately and head into our very busy summer months.
