Spring is Here at Harlem Stonegate B&B (and summer (soon) follows).

Spring/summer is an amazing time for (outdoor) Activities at Harlem Stonegate. Our stunning, peaceful 50 acre property comes alive in Spring with outdoor activities. It's a beautiful way to get out in the peaceful forest with nature and amazing wildlife.
There's also beautiful trails for hiking and there's several beautiful rest-stops/nature viewing platforms in the forest (and hay-fields) with cozy chairs and gazebos to stop and have a picnic or commune with nature.
We also do guided nature-walks if you would like to learn more about this unique eco-system on the edge of the UNESCO World-heritage Frontenac Arch Biosphere. Hawks, Eagles, Osprey, Geese, Herons, Turkey-vultures, Owls, Kestrels, tons of song-birds, deer, rabbits, foxes, squirrels and coyotes are all residents in our forests.
We also can set up outdoor Camping for any guests who would like to experience the peaceful camping experience in Spring while here. We can provide All the cozy gear you need for a romantic cozy rustic camping experience in our Gorgeous forest camping area overlooking our pristine protected wilderness wetlands.
And our incredible 'Dark-skies' area allows an amazing Star-gazing program at Harlem Stinegate. (We provide several stunning comfy Star-viewing platforms with cozy miskoka chairs, blankets, and snacks and various refreshments.
Its cozy and super-romantic and a great way to reconnect with awesome nature, and recharge your soul.

This spring (and Summer), I'm running another session of 'Digital Detox' Resilience and Strategy Retreats either as part of (or independent of) 'Coaching Workstays' at Harlem Stonegate B&B, to get you re-centred, re-charged and re-focused in a time of High-change.
It's a chance to get off the treadmill and step away from the grind for 2 to 6 days and re-focus, re-evaluate and re-establish your goals and strategy on an incredible, stunning, historic 50-acre rural property (with unique, quiet World Heritage Hardwood Forests, designated 'Dark-skies' (star-gazing area) and an incredible, wildlife-filled semi-wilderness wetlands Area) and Bed & Breakfast and Wellness Retreat.

The Work-stay aspect involves simple (easy!) spring work on the property (like gardening and brush-cleaning (and this year, constructing a guest cabin in the hardwood-forest), and meals and rooms in the Gorgeous 1840s stone farmhouse.

The 'Digital Detox' (either in conjunction with the 'Workstays' or separately) are all about taking a few days (in an amazing beautiful quiet natural environment) to reconnect with your self, your confidence, your 'mission' and your goals and Strategy.

( Current studies are showing that constant exposure to 'online' inputs is not only causing anxiety and overload, but is actually destroying our ability to make decisions (and/or 'Strategy') and therefore set goals for ourselves.)
That's what my 'Digital Detox' program is all about. Taking the time over a few days of quiet (outdoors "under-the-stars" (in high-end camping arrangements in the beautiful natural grounds (or indoors) at Harlem Stonegate B&B) to ground yourself and decide on what's important to you and what youre trying to accomplish (and make a real plan to get there).
