PLEASE NOTE.
What must we do to make the documents like Human Rights Treaties and The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms hold real meaning in regards to our current challenges?
What specifically would give teeth to the documents needed now that are designed to protect and safeguard our human rights?

One of the loopholes that's used by officials to override the protections provided by these important documents is public health emergencies, among others..

However, whatever emergencies being called upon must be based on legitimate science alone and that has not been the case with health or with climate either.

To remedy this egregious lack of legitimate science to warrant and justify authorities declaring emergencies, we are demanding that the following be implemented and enforced immediately to restore the standard for science also known as the Scientific Method.

For far too long, the standard for science that we know as The Scientific Method has been replaced by the errant opinions of those who are considered experts and on their word alone.

There is no version of science that ever concedes to any other metric but the Scientific Method itself.

The purpose of an established standard for science is to have a common and shared process for defining how we can all agree on what qualifies a fact as a proven fact?

Meaning that there might be information presented from other sources that appear to be very scientific. Info that's even backed by many top experts but in reality, lacks the merit set by The Scientific Method thus failing the standard to qualify as a proven science fact.

There will be carefully crafted statements drafted with clear, concise, terms and conditions that must be respected and become the standard for all matters where science facts add value to all well considered decisions of policy.

There is nothing more official than a Canadian making their values and priorities known with informative and clarifying documents, to our duly elected officials.

We understand that when ONE Canadian reaches out to their elected officials with a concern, that a limited response is expected.
At best, a short and polite letter that thanks you for your letter.

Imagine for just one minute what would happen if we decided to coordinate our emails and letters to our elected officials?

WE are working on a test model to accomplish this.
Ideally a complete office like resource app for all our official communication needs.

Simply put, the legitimate levers of control are easily available to us and are within our system.
Our officials are ready to take our calls, emails, letters and visits until this thing is done.

National Sovereignty Under Threat

Canada is standing on the brink of losing its national sovereignty. The federal government’s alignment with the United Nations is pushing Canadians toward a New World Order, where control is consolidated under global entities like the World Economic Forum and the World Health Organization.

These organizations have infiltrated our institutions, placing individuals willing to surrender our national sovereignty into positions of power.

Whether through International Health Treaties, Pandemic Treaties, or domestic laws with similar provisions, these entities are determined to exert control over us.

The Status of Bill C-293
The Canadian government is on the verge of passing legislation to create a pandemic prevention and preparedness (C-293) plan WITHOUT first having an official review and analysis of the response to COVID-19.

Before any plans are made of how to respond to a future “pandemic” there must be an independent review of the various government’s response to the COVID-19 “pandemic.” Serious mistakes were made with COVID-19 including violations of fundamental rights and freedoms and the medical ethics of informed and voluntary consent. These mistakes must be acknowledged and rectified.

The Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness Act was passed by the House of Commons on June 5, 2024, with 164 votes in favour and 144 votes against. The Liberals, NDP, and Green Party all voted in favour of this new legislation, while the Conservative Party and Bloc Quebecois voted against it.

Bill C-293 has already had its first reading in the Canadian Senate, and they will decide to either pass, amend, or reject C-293 at some point during the next session starting September 17, 2024.

The proposed legislation (C-293) is inadequate in many ways:
The section requiring a full review of the response to COVID-19 has been edited.

There is no definition of the term “pandemic.”

There is no mention of addressing the violations of rights and freedoms that occurred due to government over-reach in response to COVID-19.

There is no mention of addressing the adverse effects that were caused by the COVID-19 jabs and other medical and public health interventions.

There is no clarity regarding the “lessons learned” from previous outbreaks.

The “One Health Approach” referenced in C-293 has never been scientifically proven to be “central to preventing the risk of future pandemics”.

The reliance on fraudulent diagnostic “tests” (PCRfraud.com) and worthless personal protective equipment (MaskCharade.com) are not addressed.

There is no provision for public input into the process of creating a plan for prevention and preparedness of any future “pandemic.”
