FIRE BAN IN EFFECT!

I am sure everyone has been listening to the up dates and from what Mr. Ford said we were good to good Saturday at 12:01. I called the township to clarify and they are awaiting clarification from the health unit. The email I received states we are allowed to let people in to prepare for opening but are not permitted to have over night campers.... I will keep you posted!!!!

A water and fire ban has been planned for the Hillsdale area beginning April 23rd and running until May 25th. Luckily our campground is outside of the affected area, so it's business as usual for our campfires.

Back in the spring, one of our campers tossed an item into the garbage bin and as the item landed in the bin, it made a peculiar sound. He opened the lid to investigate and discovered a raccoon had found his way inside ...... and "Operation Raccoon" began.
